Open Bridge Financing Versus Closed Bridge Financing
Two types of financing are open bridge financing (OBF) and closed bridge financing (CBF). These types of financing are mostly used in the sale of commercial properties. Real estate investors often need additional forms of financing when purchasing properties so they apply for either open or closed bridge financing to finalize a deal on a property they are interested in purchasing.
