What to Do If You Have a Judgment Against You
What should you do when there is a judgment against you? One obvious option is to pay the judgment owner in full. What if you cannot afford to pay the total amount owed? Every judgment is actually a situation. Some of the parameters include what state the judgment is lodged in, where you live now, what assets you have, who the creditor is, and the creditor's attitude and situation.
